You can earn 5,000 bonus Hilton HHonors points for stays minimum of two nights between June 16 – December 31, 2016.

Conclusion
It is weird that Hilton HHonors would require registration for this promotion when the bonus points are tied to the rate plan.
There were previously three separate Waldorf Astoria & Conrad promotion that you could stack in addition to any global bonus points and airline mile ones.
