Hilton HHonors has launched third targeted WinBack promotion for 50,000 bonus points within 90 days of registration that must happen by January 12, 2017.
This offer requires the stay be minimum of four nights to be eligible for the bonus points.

Hilton HHonors has run quite a few of these “WinBack” promotions and my personal account has never been eligible for any one of them. You can try your luck and see if your account is eligible, however.
These offers are likely targeted to members whose accounts are considered inactive. That is my interpretation of what the “WinBack” means.
