United Clubs Gone Dry In Newark (Alcohol Licenses Expired)

United Airlines frequent fliers that were trying to have adult beverage or two at the United Clubs in Newark airport yesterday were for a DRY surprise.

Someone had apparently forgotten to renew their alcohol licenses and this prevents serving adult beverages before they are brought up to date.

And this is not the first time United Airlines is facing this issue…..

Let’s hope that United Airlines is more mindful  when it comes to keeping airline and aircraft related certificates up to date and in order. Just proves how disorganized the airline can be and how they must have chosen the lowest cost bidder to run their Clubs in Newark.

So, if you need a stiff drink to get through your United flight and are flying out of Newark, better to booze up at some F&B outlet prior.
