PointsHound launched a very lucrative offer for Air France-KLM Flying Blue members that book their first hotel stay using the service by October 15, 2016, that I have written twice previously (access here and here).
Flying Blue members can earn 12,000 bonus miles for a minimum stay of two nights that you pay for (not use Flying Blue miles). Bonus miles are in addition to the base ones that you earn for the stay.
You can access this offer on PointsHound’s website here.
Here’s what I wrote previously:

And email came through as well:
The trips now shows on my history:
And here’s an update:
Received two emails from Flying Blue:
And decided to check my Flying Blue account:
This offer works for all Flying Blue accounts, although the promo page refers to corporate ones. The miles posted to my account within three days after my stay that must be a record when it comes to these programs that award miles for hotel bookings.
There are several of these programs that allow you to earn miles for hotel bookings. They mostly only makes sense when there is generous sign up or other one time bonus around. Earning merely 400 miles for a $250 stay makes very little sense if any at all.
