Only yesterday, I received an email from a reader that showed one of the account specific bonus points offers. These must be quite rare considering that it took this long to hear about one.

So, you should check the emails that you have received from Hilton HHonors and scroll to the end. If you have been targeted to one of these offers, it should show up there.
I would also assume that these have been extended until the end of January 2017 like the other ones.
Conclusion
Glad to know that at least one of the readers had received the targeted offer, although difficult to figure out when mentioned only at the end of the email. Wonder if there are other targeted offers out there as well?
