Wyndham Rewards made an announcement back in 2016 (access here) that members can start using their points at more than 17,000 condos, homes and hotels, and would be eligible to earn at them too sometime in later this year.
Wyndham Rewards is now having a flash sale where members can book these properties at just 15,000 points per night (the usual number of points required per bedrooom) regardless of the number of bedrooms or usual number of points required. This is open, however, for the first 50 members that redeem after 10AM ET on February 28.

Following our recent expansion of Wyndham Rewards to include condos and homes, we’re launching a 72-hour flash sale on Feb. 28th where our 15,000+ homes across Europe can be redeemed for just 15,000 points per night, regardless of the number of bedrooms. (Typically, it’s 15,000 points per bedroom, per night.) That means via the sale, members will be able to book a weeklong stay at our most luxurious properties for fewer points than a single night at normal rates.

9-Bedroom Oceanfront Estate and Former Hotel on Scotland’s Isle of Bute
- Normally $4,100 USD a week in June or 945K WR points, members can book the same week during the sale for just 105K WR points or a mix of points + cash.
10-Bedroom Luxury 16th Century Villa on Italy’s Florentine Country Side, Once Owned by the Medici Family
- Normally $8,578 USD a week in August or 1MM+ WR points, members can book the same week during the sale for just 105k WR points or a mix of points + cash.
10-Bedroom 19th Century Gothic Oceanfront Mansion in Wales
- Normally $3,906 USD a week in September or 1MM+ WR points, members can book the same week during the sale for just 105k WR points or a mix of points + cash.
5-Bedroom Luxury Villa on the French Riviera
- Normally $4,729 USD a week in July or 525k WR points, members can book the same week during the sale for just 105k WR points or a mix of points + cash.
