Hilton Honors launched number of targeted WinBack-promotions earlier this year and most of them are valid until the end of the year. Only registration for one of then closes on Wednesday.
If your account is targeted for this 50,000 bonus points offer, you must register for it by July 12, 2017. This offer requires the stay to be minimum of four nights to be eligible for the bonus points.

Conclusion
Hilton Honors has run quite a few of these “WinBack” promotions and my personal account has never been eligible for any one of them and still wasn’t. You can try your luck and see if your account is eligible, however.
These offers are likely targeted to members whose accounts are considered inactive. That is my interpretation of what the “WinBack” means.
