Le Club AccorHotels has several subscription based programs and one of them the is Business Plus aimed at business travelers as the name suggests.
Accor has 20% promotion trying to get businesses or individuals to join this program through November 11, 2017. You must sign up using the link below or use promotional code LCAH2017.

The main benefits of the Business Plus appears to be up to 20% discount (cannot check the actual discount) and 4PM late check out that doesn’t seem to be based on availability (checked the T&Cs).
Accor Plus that comes with free night a free night certificate or two (read more here) plus 10% discount is valid for stays in Asia-Pacific. Accor has separate ibis for Business that comes with discount and Le Club AccorHotels Gold status (read more here).
Conclusion
It is bit surprising that Le Club AccorHotels Platinum members are not eligible for 4PM checkout while Business Plus members are. The “up to 20%” discount is too vague for me to sign up and pay. Would need to be able to check the prices first.
