IHG Rewards Club has now launched Accelerate add on promo for Greater China (China, Taiwan, Macau and Hong Kong) as well for stays between November 1 – December 31, 2017.

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

1. Eligibility: Must be a current full-time employee of IHG’s designated Global Contracted Customers and be an IHG® Rewards Club member (“Member”) in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan (“Greater China”) in order to participate in this promotion; Members must also complete these two steps in advance, so as to be deemed eligible: 1) Step 1: Must have already registered for the Accelerate Promotion between 15 August 2017 and 31 December 2017* (visit the official campaign website for terms and conditions of the Accelerate Promotion); 2) Step 2: Must have completed at least one qualifying stay at IHG® brand hotels worldwide between 1 September 2017 and 31 December 2017*. * Both days inclusive for above promotion periods (Beijing time) 2. Participating hotels: The double points promotion for Global Contracted Customers is available at IHG hotels in Greater China (including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan) only. This promotion excludes InterContinental Resort Jiuzhai Paradise and Holiday Inn Jiuzhai Jarpo that have suspended business due to the earthquake. 3. Stay period: Members that meet the eligibility criteria defined above (“Eligible Members”) should book IHG Greater China hotels at Key Negotiated Rate (Global Contracted Customers) between 1 November 2017 and 31 January 2018 (“Stay Period”) and complete the stay and check-out in the aforesaid Promotion period to earn double points (Beijing Time, both dates inclusive; if a Member checks in/out beyond the prescribed timeframe, the participation shall be deemed invalid for the Promotion). 4. Additional bonus points: Eligible member completed qualifying stay at participating hotels during the stay period at any of the Key Negotiated Rates, will receive the standard points as well as additional bonus points as many as the standard points. Meanwhile, eligible member will receive Accelerate bonus points and reward (if any). Additional bonus points will be added to the accounts of valid members 8 weeks after the stay finishes and qualifies for IHG® Rewards Club points. The points are subject to IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions. Members must use the points within the period of validity and IHG will not be liable if the points expire. 5. Other terms and conditions: 1) Members shall ensure that their registered contact information, including their phone number (limited to Greater China mobile number) and email address, is correct and valid. Members shall also ensure that they can receive emails from IHG® Rewards Club. (If you need to change the email address you registered with IHG® Rewards Club, please log in at our official website with your membership number and click “My Account” in order to update the information.) 2) Only one eligible Member per room per stay will be awarded the applicable bonus points. Bonus points are available only once to each eligible Member for each stay, regardless of the total number of reservations or amount of accommodation charges paid by the Member. 3) A qualifying stay is defined as one night or consecutive nights at the same hotel. If a Member stays for consecutive nights, it will count as one stay regardless of check-in/-out times. 4) Prizes and/or rewards awarded through this Promotion are non-transferable, non-changeable, and may not be converted to cash. 5) Individual income tax (if any) is the sole responsibility of the winners. 6) Members must guarantee that they will comply with applicable laws, regulations, rules and other normative documents in China during their participation in this Promotion. 7) The sponsor shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in transmitting user information caused by computer viruses, network failure, hacker attacks, telecommunication controls, and network transmission delays and failure. 8) Employees of IHG and its affiliated companies and their direct relatives are not eligible for this Promotion. 9) If, for some reason, (including, but not limited to, force majeure) this Promotion cannot be carried out as planned, the sponsor reserves the right to modify, cancel, suspend or terminate it at its sole discretion. 10) To the extent permitted by applicable laws, the sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of this promotion from time to time. 11) In addition to these terms and conditions, this Promotion is subject to standard IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions and the supplementary provisions thereof, which can be obtained by visiting www.ihgrewardsclub.com. If any Member is found to have committed any fraudulent act or abuse with regard to this Promotion, IHG is entitled to cancel the points of the Member under these Terms and Conditions and the standard IHG® Rewards Club Membership Terms and Conditions and the supplementary provisions thereof or handle the matter in other ways. 12) These terms and conditions were originally prepared in Chinese. The Chinese version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions. 13) Members must make any Promotion inquiries with regard to the member qualification, bonus qualification, or points/bonus amount within 60 days after the expiration of the campaign Promotional Booking Period (“Inquiry Period”). All member booking and promotional information and records will be filed and recorded by IHG in the Inquiry Period, IHG cannot access such information and records out of the Inquiry Period due to the system limitation. Members shall assume the liability for any loss caused by any failure in making inquiries within the Inquiry Period.
