Le Club AccorHotels dropped me an email (to my personal account) yesterday about “Customer Community” trying to get me to join.
The aim of this community is to get customers to help each others with issues they have with Accor hotels?

I tried to browse around the website but the interface was terrible and suddenly some of the text was in French and I am not French speaker.
Couldn’t find any information about couple of hotels I tried to check and it only recognized one hotel that I had stayed at (Pullman Auckland – former Hyatt).
Probably someone sold Le Club AccorHotels an idea of having a “community” (how 2010’s) and how this would save money when their customers would help each other compared to “customer service”.
Not sure if any readers have been members of this “community” and managed to find any useful purpose for it?
