Shangri-La’s Golden Circle has launched new triple points promotions for stays consumed between January 22 – April 30, 2018.

You must make the booking using Shangri-La’s mobile app to earn double points. Members that then check in or check out using the app earn triple points. You can earn double or triple points.

Note that you can earn the bonus points unlimited number of times during the promotional period.

Conclusion

This offer doesn’t work well for business travelers that need to use their designated online tools or travel agencies to book. Could be useful, however, for leisure trips.

Here are the terms and conditions of this promotions:

1. This offer is valid when Golden Circle (“GC”) members download the new Shangri-La Mobile App (the “App”) and sign in to their GC accounts on the App from 22 January to 30 April 2018, both dates inclusive. It is applicable to bookings made and consumed at any Shangri-La hotel and resort, Kerry hotel, Hotel Jen or Traders hotel within the offer period.

2. 100 GC Award Points will be awarded to new members who join GC on the App and existing members who sign in to their GC accounts on the App within the offer period.

3. 100 GC Award Points will be awarded only once for the first GC account login on a single device. GC member will receive 100 GC Award Points two to four weeks after signing in with the App. Multiple logins to the App using different GC accounts on the same device or the same GC account login to the App on multiple devices will not be eligible for the offer.

4. Multiple enrolments by a single person or duplicate enrolments by existing GC members will not be entitled to the 100 GC Award Points.

5. Double points will be awarded on Qualifying Room Rates and Qualifying Incidental Charges of each stay that is booked on the App within the offer period.

6. Triple points will be awarded on Qualifying Room Rates and Qualifying Incidental Charges of each stay that is booked on the App within the offer period and the member must complete either Mobile Check-In or Check-Out via the App for that stay.

7. If a GC member qualifies for earning triple points per stay, double points will not be awarded. GC members shall receive the double or triple points two to four weeks after check-out.

8. If GC members choose to earn Airline Miles or Partners’ points instead of GC Award Points for stays during the offer period, double and triple points will not be awarded.

9. This offer is not to be combined with other bonus point promotions and is subject to change at GC’s sole discretion.

10. This offer is not applicable to Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts employees.

11. Any abuse of this offer, any failure to follow these terms and conditions, any fraudulent or attempted fraudulent activity, or any misrepresentation of any information furnished to GC for this offer may result in GC exercising its right to cancel the offer and withdraw any benefits offered without notice.

12. This offer is made at the sole discretion of GC. GC reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions stated herein and may withdraw or discontinue this offer, in whole or in part, at any time without prior notice.

13. GC has the sole right to interpret and apply these terms and conditions, and GC’s decision shall be final and binding. No covenants at law or in equity shall be implied or incorporated, all of which are expressly disclaimed.

14. This offer is also subject to the Terms & Conditions of the Shangri-La Mobile App and the Golden Circle Programme. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the following order of precedent shall apply: (i) the Shangri-La Mobile App; (ii) Golden Circle Programme; and (iii) these terms and conditions.

15. In case of conflict or inconsistency between different language versions, the English version will prevail.
