Limousine service provider Blacklane that serves a large number of airports worldwide has now added Singapore Airlines Krisflyer as an earning partner based on spend.
Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members now earn two miles for every U.S. dollar, euro or pound spent on Blacklane rides worldwide.
Blacklane offers airport transfers, limousine service and chauffeur services which also include a one hour wait time at the airport as well as a short notice cancellation option which is one of the reasons why I like Blacklane at many destinations (obviously it has to make financial sense).

Travelers can add their KrisFlyer membership number to their Blacklane profile to earn miles for all upcoming rides.
The way the service works is travelers see Blacklane’s all-inclusive rates when they book. Fares always include all taxes, tolls, fees and tips are already included as well. Important for me: It instantly confirms rides once booked. Travelers can reserve, change or cancel transfers up to one hour in advance.
Conclusion
It’s always good when you can earn additional miles on the side and Singapore Airlines Krisflyer miles are probably one of the most valuable currencies out there.
I like Blacklane because the service is solid, though not exactly cheap certainly much less than hotel transfers. What I’m not totally convinced about is the earning rate, two miles for every U.S. dollar, euro or pound is really low and in my opinion it should be at least 5 miles per U.S. dollar spent given the price point and profit margin of these transfers. Nevertheless if one is to facilitate the service better to collect a few points along the day.
