Marriott Rewards has for a long time offered a free night certificate after two stays for new members that sign up for the program and stay twice within 120 days.

Marriott Rewards Free Nights Promo

Now it seems, however, that due to Marriott Rewards website upgrade that existing members that have not benefited from this offer previously can sign up and it does track on My Promotions.

You can access and sign up for this offer on Marriott’s website here.

Note that the free night certificate is valid for use at Category 1 -5 Marriott properties after issuance.

Conclusion

I have written about this new member offer several times previously but there was no way for existing accounts to sign up for it until now (now you can!).

There will be an update about this promo next week on LoyaltyLobby because I have Marriott stay today (Friday) and another one on Sunday night. We should know my midweek if this promo works or not.

Thanks for a LoyaltyLobby reader who alerted me about this change that is being discussed on Marriott Insiders forum (access here).
