“Reinvented” Air France-KLM Flying Blue Unable To Process Retro Claims?

Air France-KLM launched “reinvented” Flying Blue back in April that seems to be work in progress still in late May based on an email that I received from a reader.

According to the messages that Flying Blue has sent to the reader, it seems that it is currently impossible to claim missing miles due to the program change.

You can access Flying Blue here.

When I had to do a retro claim for Kenya Airways flights last year, they were credited almost instantaneously. Not sure why this “reinvented” Flying Blue is not able to process them now?

BTW there is nothing “reinvented” here on Flying Blue. They basically copied the Tier points from British Airways and crediting miles based on the spend that many other airlines already use.
