Avianca LifeMiles made some changes to its Star Alliance award charts back in October 2017 (read more here) when it introduced separate charts for flights with zones 1, 2 and 3 for both United States and Europe. The airline also tweaked its own award chart this March (read more here).
Seems that the airline has now incorporated these United States and Europe zones to its main award chart (and perhaps slightly raised number of miles required between destinations to/from some parts of the United States and Europe) and introduced intra-Brazil awards at TPM (ticketed point mileage) levels.

You need to count the ticketed point mileage for the segments to come up with the number of miles required for the award.

This LifeMiles award chart is really becoming quite convoluted but at least they are still publishing one!
If only they would iron out all the website bugs (or perhaps they are intended features) that prevent members booking award tickets.
