Qantas has launched new Double Status Credits promotion for flights flown between August 21 – August 2, 2019.
The only catch is that you need to register for this offer and book between August 9 – 14.

Here’s how QF defines eligible flights:
An eligible flight for the purpose of this promotion means any Domestic or International Qantas operated flight with a QF flight number on your ticket where Status Credits are normally earned.
You need to be on Qantas operated flight that is also marketed by Qantas and not by any codeshare partner.
Qantas has these double Status Credits offer periodically but this one appears to have come out of the blue. Good for those that can book in advance to lock in their elite status credit bonus.

You must be a Qantas Frequent Flyer member to earn Qantas Points and Status Credits. Membership, Qantas Points and Status Credits are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program terms and conditions.
