It is already seven years since LoyaltyLobby opened its doors or in real terms, when the website was fired up on September 15, 2011!
Where have the years gone? The first post that is still up was about combining multiple Hyatt Gold Passport promotions (they used to run promotions back then!).
But we really couldn’t do this without feedback, hints, tips and ideas from our readers. There are articles daily (usually more than one) that come directly from reader feedback. You can easily reach us by email (or just hit reply if you get our daily Blog Broadcast), Facebook or Twitter.
You can keep sending us cases about the issues that you have with travel providers. We continue featuring one Compensation Clinic case every Sunday and Reader Questions, Comments and Emails several times a week.
If you happen to work in the field and believe that there is something we should cover or would like to “leak” something, please feel free to do so by email. We always keep our “inside sources” completely confidential.
So, keep the emails, Facebook messages and Tweets coming. They are really useful and we use them everyday for the articles we write.

If you wonder what the piece of baked good in the featured photo is, I was in Cusco late last week to celebrate the occasion and decided to have a piece of Inca rainbow cake. It was my third time in the city and still have not made it up to Machu Picchu! The first time I tried, I ended up with altitude sickness on that morning and felt 100% miserable and thus unfit for any activities.
