Members must book using the app and there are blackout dates around the holidays. The tickets must be issued under this offer by October 4.

Conclusion
Just pay attention to the blackout dates that are the those around the year-end holidays. I would assume that the discount doesn’t apply for fuel surcharges so this isn’t a true 15% off.
