Hilton went through a loyalty platform upgrade yesterday that was preplanned and disrupted the website, app and contact center functionality.
Seems that the update has gone through well as the website was back up late afternoon yesterday, although with not all information. Now, everything seems to be back to normal yet points from a stay from a Sunday night has not been deposited to the account (disrupted by this change).

I just received a zero sum folio from a prepaid stay in Australia couple of weeks ago. It says that I am checking out today and thanks me for my stay?
Wouldn’t surprise me if there are other small inconsistencies over the next few days that Hilton Honors needs to work out.
Have you noticed anything on your account that isn’t right? Mine appears to be correct. The only mistake is the folio that just came through from Hilton Perth.
