Hilton Honors switched its loyalty program backend on October 31, 2018 that took the entire system down for a day and delayed postings of completed stays for a week or so (read more here, here and here).
My most recent stays have all posted in less than 24 hours (some in 12) that was one of the goals of the update (speed them up). I have seen comments, however, from readers that are still experiencing some issues.

My only unresolved problem is miles posting for one stay in late October that has not transferred to Lufthansa Miles&More (for the very generous promotion). The bonus miles did post with the stay (line on the account statement) but the miles have not showed up. One reader had similar issue and Hilton Honors just deposited 20,000 points to his account for the inconvenience.
I have seen some comments that stay history of small number of members appears to be corrupted (inaccessible).
I would like to hear from readers if they are experiencing any issues with their Hilton Honors accounts after the system update?
As I pointed above, there were some stay posting issues for a week or so but at least for me everything has been quite smooth sailing ever since (needs to fix the one miles posting).
