Choice Privileges has launched a campaign to buy points that comes with a maximum discount of 30% that is valid for purchases made through February 18, 2019.
Members can buy up to 50,000 points every calendar year and you must buy a minimum of 5,000 points to get the 30% discount.

Conclusion
Choice Privileges doesn’t often sell points at a discount, although they are available through the Daily Getaways yearly if you are fast enough to purchase them.
The 30% off or 40% purchase bonus (same price) has traditionally been the highest one offered by Choice outside of “Mystery Bonus” that may have offered up to 50% bonus for some (rare).
