A LoyaltyLobby reader sent us a confusing screenshot of her Hilton Honors milestone tracker from their app.
The tracker implies that the member would need -36 (minus) nights to hit the first 10,000 bonus points for 2019?
You can access Hilton Honors here.
Hilton Honors introduced milestone bonuses in 2018 that allows members to earn 10,000 bonus points for every 10 nights consumed starting at 40 nights.
I assume that this -36 means how many rollover nights the member rolled over from 2018 to 2019 OR how many nights the member needs to subtract from the current tally for rollover points purposes.
There have been a few issues ever since Hilton Honors implemented a new backend loyalty platform in October 2018.
These rollover nights have shown up for the first time and it seems that Hilton Honors hasn’t programmed their system to display them correctly for milestone bonus tracker purposes.
