Accor has acquired, purchased or invested in quite a few hotels and chains over the past few years. These hotels usually show up on the Le Club AccorHotels rate search even before they are program participating.
Le Club AccorHotels has updated the list of non-participating hotels/chains effective today. You don’t earn points, elite qualifying nights or enjoy any elite benefits at any of them.

Accor recently acquired 21C Hotels and yesterday brought them under the MGallery brand. Wouldn’t it make sense that they would be loyalty program participating as well?
The Angsana property in Cuba was not on this list previously but is suddenly now excluded from earning points or elite benefits.
