IHG Rewards Club doesn’t have a list of hotels with the required number of points required for awards up on its website but you can find them by executing searches.
We decided to make it easier for our readers to have a comprehensive look at IHG Rewards Club awards and have released a new Master Property List as of April 2019. We posted the previous one back in 2016.

Conclusion
There are 200 or so hotels without any award availability. Many of those hotels are either new (listed on IHG but not open for reservations) or on their way out (being reflagged or closed). Then there are handful that don’t have any availability for any dates yet are bookable using cash.
