IHG Rewards Club launched their latest Make Every Stay Count (Accelerate)-promotion back in August for stays consumed September 1 – December 31, 2019 (read more here).
Some members reported, at the time, that their offer for the entire promo period was only 1,000 points for one stay. Now, several readers have received double & triple points offers from IHG but has trouble registering for them.
Readers have been confused as there is no way to register for this offer clicking the links that IHG has sent them as there is no registration box on the page.
One reader told us that IHG had informed him that even though the offer was sent to him it was not eligible offer for his account. Doesn’t make much sense, does it?
Not sure what is going on with these two offers for double and triple points which “eligible” members have not been able to register for?
I have requested clarification from the IHG spokesperson but has not received a reply by the publication time. Have other readers received these two same offers and been actually able to register for either of them?
