Le Club AccorHotels has brought back the Sunshine Guarantee-offer for stays in Nice, Cannes, and Monaco through March 14, 2020.
Members can get half their paid rate back if there is no minimum six hours on two-night stays and nine on three-night ones. Visits must include Friday and/or Saturday night (check the T&Cs). There is also a requirement to book a specific rate.

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:
1. Le Club AccorHotels general conditions apply to the SUN GUARANTEE OFFER offer and you must be a member of Club AccorHotels in order to benefit from it.
Le Club Accorhotels members are informed that certain provisions of this offer deviate from Le Club Accorhotels general conditions.
2. This offer allows Le Club AccorHotels members, regardless of their status, to benefit from a 50% refund of their stay in Rewards points if the sunshine rate for a minimum stay of 2 nights between Friday & Friday. Sunday included (2 nights minimum / maximum 3 nights on Friday and 2 nights minimum and maximum on Saturday), in one of the hotels participating in this offer * is less than 9h non-consecutive for a stay of 3 nights and 6h no consecutive for a stay of 2 nights.
This offer is only valid for a single room reservation or a pre-paid breakfast room at the time of booking.
Rewards Le Club AccorHotels points relating to the refund of the stay will be credited to the member’s account within 60 days after the end of the stay and may be used according to Le Club AccorHotels program conditions.
This reimbursement in Rewards points is in addition to the points Normally earned by the member for an eligible stay under the terms and conditions of the Le Club AccorHotels program.
This promotion is not applicable to stays in partner hotels of the Le Club AccorHotels program.
3. This offer is valid for any stay of a member from Friday to Sunday or from Saturday to Sunday from 22/10/2019 to 14/03/2020 in one of the hotels participating in this offer in France (see 16.), and booked between 07/10/2019 and 28/02/2020.
4. The stay must be a minimum of 2 consecutive nights in the same hotel between Friday and Sunday.
5. Any consecutive stay (arrival and departure on the same day) in the same hotel will be considered as one stay. This unique stay will only be eligible for the Garantie Soleil offer once.
6. For the purposes of this offer, a stay represents one (1) reservation made by a Le Club AccorHotels member for one or more rooms in a participating hotel. For the avoidance of doubt, a reservation made for more than one room will therefore be considered as one (1) stay.
7. To benefit from this offer, your reservation must be made on AccorHotels.com, the websites and applications of our participating brands and via the AccorHotels call centers. No other booking channel will be eligible for this offer.
8. You must provide your Le Club AccorHotels loyalty card number when booking and present your card at the hotel reception upon check-in.
9. This offer is not combinable with other current offers or promotional benefits and does not apply to groups.
If your stay fulfills the conditions of several offers, only the Rewards points of the most generous offer (that is to say allowing you to earn the most Rewards points), will be credited to you.
10. Any stay paid in whole or in part with Rewards points or with one or more vouchers Le Club AccorHotels can not be eligible for this offer and can not be included in the stay counter linked to the offer.
In case of interruption of the stay by Le Club Accorhotels member, for any reason whatsoever, he will not be able to benefit from this offer.

The stay must be booked at the price of SUN GUARANTEE OFFER. If this rate is not available, the member can not benefit from the offer.
12. Refund requests will be made exclusively to the hotel upon departure and at the request of the client. The hotel will complete the client’s data and will return to him within two months of his departure to tell him if his request is eligible for reimbursement.
13. The duration of sunshine will be calculated on the basis of the days of Saturday and Sunday from 00:01 to 23:59 for a stay of 2 nights and from Friday to Sunday for a stay of 3 nights from 00:01 to 23:59. The sunshine rate will then be checked on the weather France website on the following link: http://www.meteofrance.com/climat/france
The sunshine data selected will be the data published by Météo France on the site http://www.meteofrance.com/climat/france within 24 hours and attached to the city where the hotel is located, or in the nearest city in the absence of data, in which the member The Accorhotels Club makes the refund request.
ACCORHOTELS can not be held responsible in case of failure of the Météo France site.
Only the data published on the site http://www.meteofrance.com/climat/france will be accepted, no other data can be taken into account.
14. If the rate of sunshine is less than 9h non-consecutive for a stay of 3 nights and 6h non-consecutive for a stay of 2 nights, then the customer will be refunded in Rewards points of 50% of the amount tax included. it has been prepaid when booking for accommodation or accommodation including breakfast.
