Choice Privileges was teasing its program members last week about four-day long Members Only Madness taking place this Monday to Thursday.
The third-day offer is a 40% bonus when buying points with 250,000 purchase limit (350,000 points when the bonus is factored in) through December 5, 2019.

Conclusion
Choice Privilege offers a 50% bonus for buying points once or twice a year. Unless you need points right now, I would wait until better offer surfaces.
