Accor launched the other week its ALL – Accor Live Limitless guest loyalty program, which replaced Le Club AccorHotels, with new status levels and enhanced benefits for existing tiers.
One of the new features are Suite Night Upgrades (SNU) that members can earn up to 12 in each calendar year depending on the number of status points earned that we wrote about then (read more here).

Accor ALL has now sent out an email to eligible members who have Suite Night Upgrades sitting on their accounts and has released a list of non-participating brands, countries, and hotels.
Understandably, select-service hotels are excluded, as they don’t usually have suites. There are, however, brands on this list that do have them and at which I have been upgraded to a one such as BanyanTree.
Accor has most of its hotels in France, and the country is excluded with Greece, Italy, Monaco, Spain, and Portugal.
At least Accor has been able to get this list short.
If you combine the non-eligible brands and non-eligible countries, this covers (top of my head) somewhere between 80% to 90% of all Accor hotels where members cannot use their Suite Night Upgrades.
Not sure why Accor feels that they don’t need to provide benefits for Platinum and higher members in these six countries, or have not been able to convince hotel owners that this is good for their business?
