The eligible stays and the free night award must be consumed in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean.

Best Western Rewards® members (“Member(s)”) who (a) register for the Promotion (either on bestwestern.com/rewardsrush1 or as otherwise permitted (e.g., at the front desk of any Best Western® branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands), (b) stay two (2) eligible nights* between Tuesday, February 18, 2020 and Monday, April 20, 2020 (“Promotion Period”) at a Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada or the Caribbean Islands, and (c) have a valid email address listed in the Member’s account profile at the time of registration for the Promotion, will earn a free night voucher redeemable at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands.
There is a limit of one (1) free night voucher a Member can earn during the Promotion Period. Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership required prior to the first eligible night applied to the Promotion. Eligible nights completed prior to Promotion registration and Best Western Rewards enrollment/membership will not count towards satisfying the Promotion requirements. The free night voucher will expire 70 days after fulfillment. Expiration date will be stated on the free night voucher. Free night voucher redemption reservation must be completed by calling 1(800) 567-4009. Free night voucher can be redeemed at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands. Free night voucher redemption subject to hotel availability.
No extensions, substitutions, or replacements available. Promotion is non-transferable. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice. The free night voucher will be sent electronically to the Member’s email address (regardless of whether the Member has opted out of Best Western communications). Please allow approximately 2-3 weeks from completion of the eligible nights to receive the free night voucher. What is an eligible night?
An “eligible night” for the purpose of this Promotion is defined as a night at any Best Western branded hotel in the United States, Canada, or the Caribbean Islands, at a rate eligible for earning points or airline/partner rewards, with the exception of a night booked through an online travel agency, a night booked through a tour operator, or a night booked at a special discounted rate (see Best Western Rewards® program rules for further information on eligibility criteria). Multiple check-in/check-out at the same hotel with less than 24 hours between checkout and check-in will only count as one eligible night stay. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period must be completed on or before Monday, April 20, 2020 to be counted towards the Promotion. Eligible nights which take place during the Promotion Period, but which have a check-in date that overlaps the beginning of the Promotion Period, will be counted towards the Promotion.
How long does it take to receive the Free Night Voucher after I have completed my eligible nights?
Best Western Rewards members who have qualified for the promotion and have a valid email address in their account profile will receive a Free Night Voucher approximately 2-3 weeks after they have completed the qualified nights. The member must have a valid email address on file for award delivery.
Do the eligible nights need to be consecutive?
No. The eligible nights can be consecutive at the same hotel during the promotion period. Or the guest can have separate stays with only 1 night each during the promotion period and this would count toward the 2 eligible nights.
Do Best Western Rewards members need to be REGISTERED for this promotion to be eligible to receive the Free Night Voucher?
Yes. Best Western Rewards members must be REGISTERED for the promotion PRIOR to the completion of their first eligible night applied to the promotion to qualify for the Free Night Voucher. Best Western Rewards members can register for the promotion online; by logging into their Best Western Rewards account profile and registering through their profile, or at the hotel front desk.
How many Free Night Vouchers can a Best Western Rewards members earn during the promotion period?
Each Best Western Rewards member can earn one (1) Free Night Voucher during the promotion period. Promotion is subject to cancellation or change without notice.
How do I make a reservation using my Free Night Voucher?
Advance Reservations are required. Please contact our reservation team at 1(800) 567-4009 to make your reservation and clearly state that you are using a free night voucher as payment.
When does the Free Night Voucher expire?
