REMOVED, many people and countries around the world have been impacted by the ongoing COVID-19 situation. We understand the effects COVID-19 may have on your travel plans this year and want to help where we can during this difficult time. So you have one less thing to worry about, your benefits will be extended in the following ways:
• Your elite tier status will be extended by a year. Your E status will now expire on February 28, 2022 (instead of February 2021).
• You’ll get more time to use your awards. Any valid Free Night, Suite Upgrade or Club lounge access awards currently in your account or that you earn with a 2020 expiration date will now expire on December 31, 2021.
We’re actively working on updating your account to reflect these benefit extensions and expect the changes to be in place by March 31, 2020.
In the meantime, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact your nearest Hyatt Global Contact Center, reach out to Hyatt via WeChat (WeChat ID: HyattHotels) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We hope you and your loved ones stay safe and healthy during this challenging time.

Now, as the virus spreads and affects travel worldwide, there has to be something else in the works too that is applicable for all members and everywhere.
