Suspension of Flybe services
Answer Id 8103 Updated 05/03/2020 10.51 AM (UK time)
Following the suspension of Flybe services, British Airways is supporting affected customers by offering them discounted one-way fares of £50 plus taxes, fees and charges. This special fare includes one piece of hold luggage of 23kg. We will bring any stranded Flybe members of staff home for free.
We are offering discounted one-way fares of £50 plus taxes, fees and charges to or from the following cities:
- Belfast City
- Leeds Bradford
Customers who previously held a confirmed booking for Flybe to the above the cities, who wish to take advantage of the special fare should contact our Customer Service team, quoting your Flybe booking reference.
Flybe staff members will need to provide their airline ID.
We will help as much as we can in the coming days, but please bear with us as we are experiencing a high volume of calls.
These tickets are obviously space available that shouldn’t be too much of a problem right now due to the coronavirus outbreak that has reduced demand. It is good PR for British Airways to help stranded Flybe passengers and employees to get back to their homes.
