JetBlue TrueBlue has today extended Mosaic tiers through December 31, 2021, based on 2019 flight activity.
The extension does not apply for those that may have earned the status based on affiliated credit card spend activity.

Conclusion
JetBlue has been quite slow at extending member tiers due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It perhaps demonstrates that the airline is not as dependent on frequent travelers as more established legacy airlines in the US.
Glad that the airline has decided to do the right thing. Now, if they only come up with some promotions to get people book and fly in 2020!
