IHG Rewards Club doesn’t publish a comprehensive property list on its website with the number of points required per night.
We decided to make it easier for our readers to have a comprehensive look at IHG Rewards Club point requirements and have compiled a new Master Property List as of May 2020. We have done this previously in 2016 and 2019.

I would assume that these hotels at 12,500/17,500/22,500 points per night have been dynamically priced (read more here), and the number of points required per night floats.

Conclusion
There are 200 or so hotels without any award availability. Many of those hotels are either new (listed on IHG but not open for reservations) or on their way out (being reflagged or closed).
IHG’s system consists of 6,001 hotels at the moment, and soon likely more once Mr. & Mrs Smith properties are integrated into the booking engine (both paid and awards).
Let’s hope that IHG won’t destroy the point value when inching towards dynamically priced awards.
