Hyatt hotels in Thailand have joined Accor and Marriott by offering vouchers at a discount or bonus usable towards accommodation or F&B expenses at select hotels.
You can buy hotel specific vouchers at up to 40% off (30% in case of Park Hyatt Bangkok) that are valid until the date specified by each hotel. You must buy these vouchers by July 5.
You can access Hyatt’s sale page for these vouchers here.
Note that the valid through dates are property specific.
There is also a note:
This certificate is not eligible for World of Hyatt program.
It is unclear if using these certificates towards your stay deems it ineligible for World of Hyatt points and night credit.
Here are the participating hotels:

All other hotels besides Park Hyatt Bangkok allow you to buy these certificates at 40% off.
Conclusion
Hotels in Thailand have been almost as active as those in Indonesia coming up with offers and promotions trying to get some cash in. They are highly dependent on incoming foreign visitors that are currently banned entering, and it is unclear when these restrictions are lifted.
I could perhaps buy some vouchers if it were certain that these vouchers won’t deem the stay ineligible, and you could use them towards ALL publicly available rates and not only Best Flexible-ones.
