Entry to Korea is mostly closed right now, and this sale only works for those already in the country.
I have stayed at all the hotels mentioned above except the Andaz. The Park Hyatt in Seoul is the winner and the Grand Hyatt Incheon (owned by the Korean Air), the most convenient to the Incheon airport.
