Accor ALL made a bunch of status-related announcements on May 19, 2020 (read more here) that also extended any expiring points (from that date) through December 15 this year.
The policy, however, didn’t deal with points that had expired earlier in 2020, but they have now come up with a program that allows members to reinstate points lost January 1 – May 18.

Accor yesterday launched its Boost-offer for stays this fall (or Southern spring) that also helps those members who had their points expire earlier.
If you register for this bonus offer, book and stay within the valid dates at least once, your expired points will be reinstated.

It certainly would have been better had Accor ALL stopped expiring points earlier than May 18, 2020.

Here are the terms and conditions of the points reinstatement:
*To reclaim expired points, members of the ALL loyalty programme must register for the offer above (between 1 September 2020, up until 11:59pm Central European Time (CET), and 9 October 2020) prior to their stay by clicking on the ‘Log on’ button and following the instructions. Only bookings made after successful registration via the login button are eligible for this bonus offer.
This offer entitles members of ALL – Accor Live Limitless, regardless of their membership status, to get back the totality of the Reward points they lost between 1 January 2020, up until 11:59pm Central European Time (CET), and 18 May 2020, when staying at least two consecutive nights at any hotel that has enrolled in the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme.
This offer can only be used one time per member during its validity period. The first stay booked and completed following registration for the offer is eligible for the recredit of the Reward points, as per the offer conditions.
This offer is valid for a member’s stay from 1 September 2020 to 15 December 2020 in one of the participating hotels, and must be booked between 1 September 2020, up until 11:59pm Central European Time (CET), and 9 October 2020.
Reward points will be credited to the member’s account within ten days of the end of the month.
