Bangkok Airways Flyer Pass Now Available For Domestic Routes Starting From 975 Baht All In (4 Flights Per Pass)

Bangkok Airways has launched a new marketing campaign selling their Flyer Pass with four individual flight coupons for domestic flights in Thailand at very favorable prices.

Under this campaign customers can purchase tickets for the domestic network of Bangkok Airways for a flat 975 Baht per flight for all destinations except Samui (flights to USM cost 1975 Baht each through this pass).

With this pass that is distributed as 4 individual codes that can be used for one way flight bookings passengers can save a bit of money with each ticket traveling around destinations in Thailand that are currently being served.

The promotion was advertised on Bangkok Airways Twitter and Facebook page today:

The booking conditions for this pass are as follows:

Booking period : 3 September 2020 – 31 August 2021

Traveling period : 3 September 2020 – 31 August 2021

The downside of this is that you can’t buy the pass online but have to go to a physical location in order to purchase it:

According to the hotline the Flyer Pass can’t be sold over the phone and going to either a ticket office or the travel fair at BITEC this week is sort of a waste of time and money on transportation, pretty much negating the savings.

You can access more details about Bangkok Airways Flyer Pass on their website.

The flights – if booked without the pass – are a lot cheaper at the moment than they’re used to be.

Chiang Mai Sales:

Phuket Sales: Koh Samui Sales: Now these prices are already extremely low and unless you’re already at the location where they sell these passes you’ll probably end up paying more after taking a taxi there, most definitely if you value your time.

On top of it you’ll end up being tied to the T&C of this product which means only three booking classes are eligible to be used with the coupon codes and you also pay change fees. There will be no miles credited to flyer bonus either.

Personally I find the restrictions too tight and the savings negligible when considering the low fares available everyday through the regular online booking process.

Reminds me on the last promotion Bangkok Airways had at a travel fair where the savings were also extremely small and customer had to jump through hoops in order to actually be able to buy a ticket. I really like to stroll over these travel fairs but in the end of the day many of these sales are just a farce.
