Accor has now made the “save Now & Stay Later in Indonesia” sale available for all. Previously, it was open for affiliated credit cardholders.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) members save 30% while Accor Plus members up to 50%. The sale is valid for stays through August 31, 2021, and must be booked by November 8.

Conclusion
I am not a huge fan of the prepaid rate plan in the current environment, and this requires you to modify a minimum of 30 days before the stay. It only makes sense to book if you are already in the country.

The dining discount is valid during stay period by member that booked the accommodation (can not be transferred)
Reservations must be prepaid at the time of booking. Reservations are refundable when modified or cancelled at least 30 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the arrival date are non-refundable.
A valid credit card number is required to take advantage of this promotion. Your credit card will be charged the full amount of the stay upon booking.
