Conclusion
I am unsure if the benefits of this BUSINESS PLUS outweigh the price that is not disclosed anywhere (likely the purchase country dependent).
Here are the terms and conditions of this sale
1. The ALL- Accor Live Limitless general conditions apply to the BUSINESS PLUS Membership + 2000 Reward points offer and you must be a member of ALL- Accor Live Limitless to be able to benefit from it.
2. To benefit from this offer, the member of the ALL- Accor Live Limitless loyalty program must subscribe to the BUSINESS PLUS program between 03/12/2020 and 28/02/2021 23:00 Paris time (UTC +1)) by clicking on the “I buy the card” button above and then following the instructions.
3. This offer allows ALL- Accor Live Limitless members, whatever their status, to benefit from a bonus of 2000 Reward points with the purchase of the BUSINESS PLUS card, and a doubling of the points obtained on the first hotel stay made by the member following the purchase of the BUSINESS PLUS card. 6. Any consecutive stay (arrival and departure on the same day) in the same hotel will be considered as one stay. This unique stay will only be eligible once for the BUSINESS PLUS Membership offer.
7. For the purposes of this offer, a stay represents one (1) reservation made by an ALL-Accor Live Limitless member for one or more rooms in a participating hotel. For the avoidance of doubt, a reservation made for more than one room will therefore be considered as one (1) single stay.
8. To be eligible for the offer, your reservation must be made via Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor ALL mobile applications, ALL reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS connected automatically with the Accor reservation center. You will therefore not benefit from this offer if your stay is booked through a reseller, tour operator or third-party online travel agency (such as expedia.com, booking.com, etc.).
9. You must provide your ALL- Accor Live Limitless loyalty card number and your BUSINESS PLUS card when booking and present your cards at the hotel reception when checking in.
10. Reward ALL- Accor Live Limitless points are credited to the member’s account within 10 days of the end of his stay.
11. This offer cannot be combined with any other current promotional offers or advantages and does not apply to groups. If your stay fulfills the conditions of several offers, only the Reward points of the most generous offer (i.e. allowing you to earn the most Reward points), will be credited to you.
