Alaska Airlines BOGO (Buy One Get One) For Travel Through May 19, 2021 (Book By December 28)

Alaska Airlines has launched yet another BOGO-sale for two seats at the price of one (you need to pay taxes & fees for the second seat) on travel through May 19, 2021.

This sale is more restrictive as it only allows travel during the week’s slowest days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday), has several blackout dates, and Hawaii/Mexico/Costa Rica has a different set of eligible dates.

Conclusion

It would have been fantastic if this discount had also applied for “first-class” (domestic business in reality) fares, but alas, only for the economy.

Great fares regardless for those that can take advantage of them.

Discount: Buy one coach class ticket at the regular price and get a second ticket for just the taxes. Discount code is valid for 50% off coach base fare levels published at alaskaair.com. Valid for itineraries with a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of six (6) people, traveling together and booked and ticketed at the same time in the same reservation and at the same fare; valid for one-way or round-trip travel. If the itinerary is canceled or changed, any refund or credit issued will be for the discounted price for each ticket. Fare types that are ineligible for this discount may be lower than other fares with discount code applied. One discount allowed per reservation. Passengers: Minimum of two (2) and maximum of six (6) passengers traveling together on the same reservation.

Routes: Discount valid between all Alaska Airlines cities, excluding Prudhoe Bay (SCC). Based on published fare routings and some cities may not be available. Not all flights operate on all days.
Travel to Hawaii, Mexico, or Costa Rica is valid Mondays through Wednesdays.
Travel from Hawaii, Mexico, or Costa Rica is valid Tuesdays through Thursdays.
All other coach travel is valid Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays.

Minimum & Maximum Stay: Per applicable fare rules.

Flights: Valid only on flights operated by Alaska Airlines, and flights operated on behalf of Alaska Airlines by Horizon Air, and SkyWest. Not valid on codeshare flights.

Taxes, Fees and Surcharges: Passenger is responsible for all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, including checked baggage fees.

Combinability: Not valid with any other discounts, including Discount Codes, coupons, discount programs, MyAccount online discount, or other arrangements.

Changes and Refunds: Changes and refunds may be allowed per the applicable fare rule. Refunds or cancellation of itinerary will result in the forfeiture of the discount code. Once the ‘Purchase By’ date has passed, any changes will result in the forfeiture of the discount. Once issued, tickets are not transferable.

Mileage Plan: Mileage Plan credit applies and upgrades are allowed.
