Singapore Airlines has continued to release policies that help its KrisFlyer frequent flier program members during this time when travel is prohibited or very challenging between many if not most destinations.
KrisFlyer extends Silver and Gold tiers by a year for memberships that are lapsing between March 2021 – February 2022. Singapore Airlines also rolls over all elite miles earned during the current membership year to the next one.

Renewal Support Scheme
1. As a KrisFlyer Elite member, what support will I get from the updated Membership Renewal Support Scheme?
Your KrisFlyer Elite Silver / Elite Gold membership will be automatically extended for another year. This applies to members with membership end-date from March 2021 to February 2022.
The updated Renewal Support Scheme will supersede the earlier initiative announced on 1 September 2020, where 50% of the required Elite miles will be credited to your KrisFlyer account to assist with KrisFlyer Elite membership renewal from March 2021 to February 2022. As such, 50% of the required Elite miles for renewal will be no longer be credited to your KrisFlyer account
2. Do I need to do anything to qualify for the updated Membership Renewal Support Scheme?
All KrisFlyer Elite members will have their membership in their current tier automatically extended at the end of their membership year due between March 2021 and February 2022. No action will be required from you.
KrisFlyer Rollover Miles:
Rolling over Elite miles earned to the next membership year (with membership start date from March 2021 to February 2022)
1. How will this initiative benefit me as a KrisFlyer Elite Silver or Elite Gold member? When will the rolled over Elite miles be available in my account in my new membership year?
Any Elite miles earned through air and non-air accruals during the qualification cycle will also be carried forward after your membership year has been extended
Your Elite miles will first be reset to zero upon membership extension and re-credited to you within two months from the start of your new membership cycle.
Each KrisFlyer Elite member will be eligible for a one-time re-crediting of Elite miles
Only Elite miles accrued within your membership year (with membership start date between March 2020 and February 2021) will be re-credited.
KrisFlyer Elite Silver members who are upgraded to KrisFlyer Elite Gold tier before their KrisFlyer Elite Silver membership end-date will also be eligible for a one-time re-credit of Elite miles within two months of the upgrade date.
Only Elite miles accrued within your membership year (with membership start date from March 2020 till February 2021) will be considered for the re-crediting.
