Conclusion
This property is a Cat 3 in World of Hyatt, with base rooms selling from 12,000 points/$100++ per night. This particular suite is selling for $160++ for the spring, relatively inexpensive, probably due to the hit Rio hotels are taking due to the lack of tourism.
