It appears that the rate is prepaid, non-changeable, and non-refundable. I would be very hesitant to nook such rates in the current environment.

The Look Ahead Book Ahead offer (“the Offer”) consists of a discount on the guest room Retail Rate applicable at the time of booking at each individual Participating Hotel during the booking and stay periods referenced below. “Retail Rate” means the non-qualified retail rate loaded by Participating Hotels and is generally publicly available for online booking by individual guests. Retail Rates do not include promotional rates, non-public rates, rates that require membership, special access or unique codes that are offered by the Participating Hotel.
