Conclusion
There have been on/off lockdowns in Australia, and I believe that you still cannot freely travel in-between all states.
It is soon a year since my last visit to Sydney and Perth. Let’s hope that there is a solution for Covid-19 rather sooner than later that would again allow more free international travel.
