Many airlines and hotel companies run private communities to do marketing research and test ideas, and I have been briefly part of one by Hyatt.
Accor Live Limitless (ALL) has now launched a one with C Space, a leader in this place, and has sent out invites to select members.
You can access Accor ALL here.
Here’s the invitation that ALL sent out:
Like you and the rest of the world, we are experiencing an unprecedented situation. In these trying times, the wellbeing of our guests is paramount, and we believe it’s essential to stay close to our customers.
As a member of our ALL – Accor Live Limitless family, your opinion matters more than ever and remains invaluable to us.
With that in mind, we’d like you to join our private online community, for ALL customers.
It will be a safe space for you to take part in discussions with fellow guests, and ultimately play a crucial role in framing the future of our group, our brands and our hotels. Through different surveys and activities, it’s a chance for you to have your voice heard, express your creativity and opinions on all things travel in exchange of rewards. This community will be run in partnership with C Space, a customer research agency.
If this opportunity sounds exciting to you, please take our short survey here to tell us a little bit about yourself.
Remember, we will travel again, and when we do, we can’t wait to welcome you back.
Stay safe and well.

I have not been much impressed with these online panels that I have participated in (theoretically, I am ineligible due to what I do). The technological platform they have run has always been substandard.
They have, however, been an excellent way to gauge what the programs have on their minds and what could take place in the future.
Interesting to hear from readers, who were invited, what is going on with the ALL one run by the C Space, and what perhaps ALL’s plans are in the future.
