Lufthansa Lounges In New York JFK/EWR & Washington-Dulles Join Priority Pass Network

The Priority Pass network (most recently in the news for losing access to Plaza Premium) has gained a few new lounges at now four U.S. airports, singing an agreement with Lufthansa to use their facilities.

Priority Pass members can now visit Lufthansa Lounges in Detroit, New York JFK, New York Newark and Washington-Dulles at their respective business hours.

It’s good to see Priority Pass scouting out new opportunities to at least keep their network somewhat intact in these days and a few LH Lounges are certainly a good addition.

The new lounges are:

Detroit Metro (has already been a Priority Pass Lounge):

New York-Newark:

New York JFK:

The allowance to remain at these lounges is listed as three hours.

While Detroit has been an existing PP Lounge which I never quite understood, the Boston-Logan facility is still missing from the list of partnerships, although it’s not much to write home about either way.

Passengers who have a Priority Pass membership can now visit four Lufthansa lounges in the U.S. which is a definite plus for all members frequenting these airports.

Another lounge that now popped up in my Priority Pass lounge finder is the Airspace Lounge at San Diego Terminal 2. Is it just me or is this new? I’ve previously used Amex Platinum to access this lounge.
