Accor ALL Smiles To Points 20% Conversion Bonus May 6 – 10, 2021

Accor has launched a conversion offer from Smiles that must be executed between May 6 – 10, 2021.

Accor Live Limitless (ALL) bonuses these conversions by 20% if you make a reservation for a stay in Brazil by May 31 and stay by December 31, 2021.

Conversion Rations:

  • 6,000 Smiles can be converted to 1,000 ALL points
  • 4,000 ALL points converts to 2,000 Smiles

Note that you can earn a maximum of 6,000 ALL bonus points from Smiles conversions.


Not sure if these Smiles to ALL conversions make any sense unless you have miles about to expire and instead move them somewhere else where you have reasonable use for them.

Here are the terms and conditions of this offer:

1. All general terms and conditions of the ALL – Accor Live Limitless loyalty program apply to the Bonus Points Smiles + ALL offer and, in order to benefit from it, you must be an ALL – Accor Live member Limitless.

2. This offer is only available to members residing in Brazil.

3. This offer allows ALL – Accor Live Limitless members, regardless of their status, to enjoy a 20% Reward ALL Points bonus for Smiles partner transfers made between 05/06/21 and 05/10/21

4. Offer limited to 1 use per member registered at ALL and who has transferred points from his Smiles account to his ALL account of the same ownership in the period from 05/06/21 to 05/10/21 and reserved eligible accommodation in one of our hotels, between 05/06/21 to 05/31/21, and must stay until 12/31/21.

5. The 20% bonus will be calculated on the total Reward ALL points transferred from the Smiles partner between the period mentioned above, and the bonus amount will not vary if the participant stays more than once in the defined period.

6. The 20% bonus, described in this offer, is limited to a maximum gain of 6,000 Reward points.

7. It is strictly necessary to sign up for the offer through the landing page to which this Terms and Conditions is attached. The Bonus will only be credited to the account of the ALL member who transfers Smiles points to ALL, signs up for the offer, book, and stays within the period defined in this document.

8. The accommodation, which validates the bonus points earned, must be at least 01 night and must be made in any of the hotels participating in the ALL program in Brazil.

Within this offer, accommodation is understood as a (1) reservation by an ALL – Accor Live Limitless member, regardless of the number of rooms included in the reservation. The reservation made by a member for several rooms will only count as one (1) accommodation.

Reward ALL points referring to a 20% bonus on this offer will be credited to the member’s account within 30 days after the end of the hotel stay.

To be eligible for the offer, all accommodations must be booked through Accor distribution channels (Accor websites, Accor ALL app, ALL reservation center, hotels) and traditional travel agencies using a GDS automatically connected to Accor. Therefore, you will not be able to take advantage of this offer if your accommodation is booked through a third-party reseller, tour operator or online travel agency (such as,, etc.). Accommodation derived from redemptions such as Dream Stay, Limitless Hotel or paid partially and totally with points, are also considered as eligible for the bonus gain of this offer.

9. This offer cannot be combined with other current promotional offers or benefits and does not apply to groups.

10. If the accommodation meets the terms and conditions of several offers, only the Reward ALL points of the most generous offer (ie, which allows you to accumulate the largest number of Reward ALL points) will be credited to your account.

11. This offer is subject to availability. The terms and conditions of sale for public rates reserved for each hotel are applied.

12. Prepaid rates on our website are not refunded. In case of reservations with flexible rates, payment will be made directly at the hotel and can be canceled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of check-in.
