SPG had Hot Escapes for the Americas and another program for Europe. The Hot Escapes transformed to Escapes under Marriott Bonvoy, but the Europe program went MIA.
We can now confirm that the Escapes have become available for participating hotels in the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. These rates must be booked by Sunday and are available over the next four weeks.

In the Middle East and some North African countries, the weekend is defined as Wednesday to Saturday, while elsewhere, it is Thursday to Sunday. Some hotels may offer availability throughout the week.
The terms state that these rates are prepaid, but you can cancel and get a refund if done a minimum day before arrival.
The following brands do not participate EDITION, The Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, Bulgari, Marriott Vacation Club, and Design Hotels.
Conclusion
We’ll see if we can make a similar loss of all participating hotels weekly as we do with the Americas Escapes. It is then easier to see where you can save.

The Marriott Bonvoy Escapes offer (“the offer”) is available at participating Marriott International hotels in Europe, the Middle East & Africa, valid for advertised booking and stay window. For Marriott Bonvoy members, the offer consists of a 25% discount on the guest room Standard Rate applicable at the time of booking at each individual participating hotel.
For non-members, the offer consists of a 20% discount on the guest room Standard Rate applicable at the time of booking at each individual participating hotel.
“Standard Rate” means the publicly available retail rate offered by participating hotels at the time of booking to individual guests.
Advance reservation of at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date and must be prepaid with a credit card.
