Problems:

This 2K Everyday rate is inflated, and you pay dearly for the bonus points. In addition, booking the rate plan only makes for business travelers whose expenses are not audited.

You may also have to follow up when these bonus points don’t always post automatically, which may take dozens of emails and weeks.

Conclusion

I have an issue with this rate plan because, in most cases, it would be more cost-effective to book the lowest rate and buy the points during frequent sales.

This is aimed at business travelers that can expense these stays with bonus points that are likely in violation of their travel rules and can, in the worst-case scenario, lead to termination in case of an audit.
