The discount is 5% to 20%, and IHG Rewards members save even more. You must book a minimum of 7 days before arrival, and a one-night non-refundable deposit is taken on day seven before checking in.

I like how flexible this rate plan is. If you cannot change your dates or your plans change within 7 days of arrival, you only lose one night deposit.
